Clipify is an AI-powered video clipping platform that automatically transforms long-form content into viral short-form clips. Our platform includes:

AI-powered hook and moment detection
Automated transcription and context analysis
Multi-platform format optimization (9:16, 16:9)
Burned-in captions and viral scoring
Batch processing capability
YouTube and local file support

3. Pricing Tiers

3.1 Starter Plan

Price: ₹5,000 per project
Deliverables: 5-10 videos processed, 100+ clips generated
Turnaround: Standard processing

3.2 Growth Plan

Price: ₹10,000 per month
Deliverables: Unlimited uploads, priority processing, performance insights
Billing: Monthly subscription, cancel anytime

3.3 Scale Plan

Price: ₹25,000 per month
Deliverables: End-to-end production, content strategy, distribution support
Billing: Monthly subscription

4. User Obligations

4.1 You Agree To:

Provide accurate and complete information
Own or have rights to all uploaded content
Use services only for lawful purposes
Not upload copyrighted material without permission
Pay all fees on time
Maintain the confidentiality of your account

4.2 You Agree NOT To:

Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology
Resell or redistribute our services
Violate any platform's terms of service
Use our services for spam or malicious purposes

5. Content Ownership and Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your original videos. By using our services, you grant Clipify a limited license to:

Process and analyze your videos
Generate clips using our AI technology
Store your content temporarily for processing
Use anonymized data to improve our AI models

5.2 Generated Clips

You own all rights to the clips we generate from your content. We may use clips as portfolio examples with your permission.

5.3 Our Technology

All AI algorithms, software, and technology remain the exclusive property of Clipify.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Billing

One-time projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
Monthly subscriptions: Billed on the 1st of each month
Setup fees: Due before work begins

6.2 Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund if not satisfied with first batch
Subscription Cancellation: No refunds for partial months
Setup Fees: Non-refundable once work has started

6.3 Late Payments

Accounts with payments overdue by 15+ days may be suspended. A 5% late fee applies to overdue invoices.

7. Service Delivery and Turnaround

7.1 Standard Turnaround Times

Batch processing: 3-5 business days
Monthly management: Ongoing, 24-48 hour clip delivery
Rush orders: Available for 50% premium

7.2 Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Technical issues beyond our control
Incomplete or unclear client instructions
Force majeure events

8. Quality and Revisions

Quality Standard: All clips meet platform specifications
Revisions: One round of revisions included per project
Additional Revisions: $100 per additional revision round

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including:

Business strategies and plans
Unreleased content
Pricing and contract terms
Technical processes and methods

10. Limitation of Liability

Clipify's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits or revenue
Platform bans or content removal
Third-party actions or claims

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services provided "as is" without guarantees of viral success
We do not guarantee specific view counts or engagement rates
AI-generated clips may require human review
Platform algorithm changes may affect performance

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may cancel monthly subscriptions with 30 days' notice. One-time projects cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate services immediately if you:

Violate these Terms
Fail to pay invoices
Upload illegal or harmful content
Abuse our support team

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are property of their respective owners. You may not use Clipify's branding without written permission.

14. Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

14.3 Governing Law
